OVERVIEW

BAKERY& CONFECTIONERY GREEN MANUFACTURING ASIA 2013 (BCGMA2013) will be held on 13th Mar. 2013 in Shanghai China. The topics of this congress cover the entire supply spectrum of the bakery& confectionery industry under one roof, from raw materials/ ingredients to green process technology, machineries and green packaging. Highlight of this year will be focusing on the energy- saving innovation of bakery and confectionery machinery and equipment. Secondary sectors such as factory designing and auxiliary equipment, refrigeration and air conditioning technology, and fields such as food safety and quality management are likewise represented.
